The European Social Observatory (OSE), the European Environment Agency (EEA) and the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) invite you to a second webinar for the launch of the 22nd edition of ‘Social policy in the European Union: state of play’.
The job quality of public sector workers has deteriorated across Europe, while the quality of public services in themselves is being questioned. Digitalisation, moreover, has significantly changed the work organisation and job-related tasks of public service workers.

During the past two years, eight country teams have assessed how digitalisation has impacted on job quality and social dialogue in the public services across Europe.
Ilda Durri started a new role as researcher in EU social policies at the European Social Observatory (OSE). Her work includes projects, such as on the impact of globalisation, digitalization, demographic changes, and climate change on labour markets and welfare states in Europe (WELAR); access for domestic workers to labour and social protection (ESPAN); transparency of social protection systems (ESPAN); digital labour platforms in the care sector (ORIGAMI); EU social policy developments (Revue belge de sécurité sociale).
